Outstanding and honest customer service, just what I was looking for in a local neighborhood garage service!

Love Mike's Fairwood Auto! They always do a fantastic job with my cars over the years. Great and friendly service.

Service was quick, as quoted and top quality.

Shop performed a quick Diagnostic and provided a very expensive repair option. At least they could have put a little bit of air in one of my tires that was at 12 PSI before having me pick it up and pay a diagnostic fee when you take your vehicle to a local shop you expect to be treated with a little bit of decency. Will not be going back there nir will recommend this Shop

Always like using Mike’s Fairwood Auto. They did a great job replacing the front axles on my BMW at a fair price. They have always been very professional when I go there. I will continue to use them for repairs or maintenance on my cars.

It was a great experience as always. The team takes the times to understand what is important to me and to clearly explain issues and concerns that may have.

I’m new to the area and found this shop through Google. I called about replacing one tire, and they said they could help. When I came back to pick up my car and pay, they told me, “You’re all good,” and didn’t charge me for the service. That kindness was such a welcome surprise. I really appreciate their help and would gladly come back!
