Honest and great customer service

My truck died at the Starbucks parking lot, I walked in the shop and Ben was quick to reach out to his service team to charge the battery. They brought the truck in the shop, completed the diagnosis replaced the battery all of this within the hour. Amazing service!

Ben at Mike's was fantastic. I usually give myself plenty of time to have a service performed but I had a travel van where the AC went out and I needed it done same day. Ben got me in, diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and had me on the road that evening. For around $200 less then he thought the repair would cost. I was thrilled. I also had plenty of time to watch him also interact with other customers. He was pleasant, efficient and extremely accommodating. He even offered to have someone from his staff drive someone home. I'll definitely be using Mike's Auto again for future vehicle service. They were amazing!!!

Reasonable prices, local, (1/2 mile from our house), quick service, 3 hours to replace my spark plugs and oil and filter. My dealer is in Ballard and I would have to leave my vehicle all day, plus it takes a hour commute both ways.

Excellent service. Quick (under two hours) and good communication. Highly recommend in the Fairwood or surrounding Renton area for car service.

Overall I was impressed by the transparency and professionalism. I was kept informed of what needed to be done and actual cost matched the estimate. They went above what was needed, no charge to clean up the oil that had leaked. Would definitely recommend them.
